Fellowship--"Look I have been standing at the door and I am constantly knocking.  If anyone hears me calling him and opens the door, I will come in and fellowship with him and he with me."  Revelations 3:30

This ministry is designed to provide and promote a variety of Christian Fellowship opportunities in every facet of our church life to meet the spiritual needs of every person for growth and understanding in the Christian faith.  From Easter brunch to our Thanksgiving meal to lunch in the park after worship there, the Fellowship ministry helps to unite the congregation through good food, fun, and fellowship.

Congregational Care--This ministry is responsible for caring for the flock of the church.  Members send birthday, anniversary, get well, holiday greetings, and sympathy cards to the congregation throughout the year.  They also call members to check on them.  In the case of the death of a member, this ministry steps up to provide food for the grieving family. Each member of the congregation is assigned a shepherd who is their special guardian to provide personal support throughout the year.  Notes are sent to the children to encourage them during the school year.

Christian Education--This ministry sponsors the Adult Sunday School class, the class  for children, and the Small Group study. The church library also falls under their umbrella. They are also responsible for special programs.  Some of those have included a Human Trafficking Community Forum and a program by a Holocaust survivor.

Outreach-- this ministry is responsible for the web page, providing "goodie" bags to first time visitors to the church, Faith in Action Sunday, Ghouls, Goblins, and Groceries, DASH, and any other projects designed to reach out to the community and be of service to them and to provide insights into what the church can offer to people who might want to visit.  The T.E.A.M. ministry will now come under the umbrella of the Outreach committee.

T.E.A.M.--The Edison Adopt a School Ministry developed out of the New Life vision for the church.  Congregation members are now volunteering at the school, helping teachers with projects, reading to the children, helping them to their parents' cars at the end of the day, sending cards to the teachers & staff, etc.

Stewardship--this ministry is responsible for maintaining the financial well-being of the church.

Worship and Music--it is responsible for the annual Live Nativity, the choir, and any special programs or music presented in the church.

Personnel--this ministry oversees the staff of the church.

Property--they are responsible for maintaining the church building and the church manse.

All of these ministries could use volunteers.  Each of us has a unique talent.  If you feel you could be of service in any of these committees please contact the Elder in charge of that ministry.
